Adopsi Financial Technology dan Perubahan Model Bisnis Bank Konvensional

Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sektor keuangan, khususnya melalui adopsi financial technology (FinTech) yang mengubah model bisnis bank konvensional secara fundamental. FinTech menawarkan layanan yang lebih cepat, efisien, dan terjangkau, sehingga menantang dominasi perbankan tradisional dalam berbagai lini, mulai dari pembayaran, pinjaman, hingga manajemen aset (Gomber et al., 2017). Untuk merespons disrupsi ini, bank konvensional mulai mengadopsi teknologi digital dan mengubah strategi bisnisnya dari model fisik tradisional menjadi hybrid atau sepenuhnya digital (Vives, 2019). Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana adopsi FinTech memengaruhi inovasi model bisnis bank, serta sejauh mana perubahan tersebut meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi operasional. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kolaborasi strategis dengan startup FinTech, penerapan open banking, serta digitalisasi proses internal menjadi kunci keberhasilan transformasi perbankan di era digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa adaptasi teknologi tidak hanya berdampak pada efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga pada reposisi nilai dalam ekosistem keuangan global.
