Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 telah memicu perubahan fundamental dalam dinamika manajemen perusahaan, menuntut kepemimpinan yang lebih adaptif serta organisasi yang gesit (agile) dalam merespons disrupsi teknologi dan pasar global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepemimpinan adaptif berperan dalam membentuk agilitas organisasi sebagai respons strategis terhadap kompleksitas lingkungan bisnis digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa pemimpin perusahaan dari berbagai sektor industri, baik lokal maupun internasional, temuan menunjukkan bahwa organisasi dengan kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada kolaborasi, pembelajaran berkelanjutan, dan pemberdayaan tim cenderung memiliki kapasitas adaptasi yang lebih tinggi (Duchek, 2020; Northouse, 2021). Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital seperti big data, AI, dan sistem manajemen berbasis cloud mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan fleksibel (Fitzgerald et al., 2014). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan model kepemimpinan adaptif serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelolaan perubahan dan inovasi organisasi di era digital.
